• How can I change my financial details?

  Credit Card details

  To change card details, you will be required to have £10.00 or less in your account. Go to ‘Your Account’ and click  the ‘Deposit’ button. You will be presented with the option to change your card details here. Update your details, then ‘Submit’ your changes.

  BACS details

  In order to change your BACS details, select ‘Your Account’ and enter your password and appropriate letters from your security word. Select ‘Withdraw’, then the option which allows for your funds to be withdrawn to your bank account. You will then be presented with the option to change your BACS details. Hit ‘Submit’ to action your changes.

  Change Withdraw Method

  Click on ‘Your Account’ and enter your password and appropriate letters from your security word. Select ‘Withdraw’ then whether you would like your winnings sent to you in a cheque or whether you would like them to be transferred straight into your bank account. You may alternate between BACS and cheque payments at will, however, for speed of payment we recommend that you use the BACS system.
